Introducing our new travel insurance partner
We are pleased to announce that from 1st November 2021 the provider of the travel insurance element of your Home Insurance policy will be ROCK Insurance Group* (ROCK), underwritten by Euroins AD.
With the travel industry hit by COVID-19 and the UK leaving the EU, we took this opportunity to review our single and multi-trip travel insurance, and the travel insurance included as part of our home insurance, and have chosen ROCK to provide both.
ROCK have been established for over 20 years and are behind the travel insurance products offered by many well-known consumer brands. They have agreed to match the price and cover levels our home insurance members are currently used to, whilst adding some additional COVID cover.
Please note: If you have Together Home Insurance policy (taken out or renewed before 1st November 2021), with travel included, our current provider will continue to provide cover up until your renewal date - you do not have to take any action now.
What does this mean for your travel insurance policy?
Our current travel provider will continue to provide your travel cover until your renewal date.
When your home insurance policy renews on or after 1st November you will be sent details of our new travel provider and their travel cover.
If you have a Premier Home Insurance policy and have added travel cover, you can choose to renew with our new travel provider or remove this cover from your policy.
If you have a Premier Plus Home Insurance policy, travel cover is included as standard and will switch to our new provider when you renew on or after 1st November.
