What to do if you have a change in circumstances
Simply tell us about the changes right away to make sure you’re covered. We will review your policy and let you know whether you’re under-insured. For example, if you've extended or renovated your home, you may need to update your policy to make sure it's all covered.
This could increase your premiums but will mean that, should something happen, items would be covered and replaced as new. It’s also worth noting that any additions to your policy won't affect your original level of cover.

Renewing your Cover
To ensure you receive continuous cover, if you pay by direct debit your policy will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. We will, of course, get in touch to remind you that the renewal date is getting close. You will always be in control.
If you’re not paying by direct debit, we’ll send you an invite to renew, letting you know which number to call and what details to have at hand.
